It is extremely important to understand that EliteForexSignals is an educational company that provide insights and trade ideas. We are NOT financial advisors and cannot legally advise you on how much to deposit at any time. Any signals and or alerts (trade ideas) shared in our group chats are for market commentary purposes only. You should always make financial decisions after speaking to a financial advisor. We may recommend a broker for you to use but we cannot issue you with deposit information in line with UK Law. We are proud to teach you and offer you educational tools to help you learn how to become an independent trader.
The Financial Conduct Authority
The Financial Conduct Authority is a financial regulatory body in the United Kingdom, but operates independently of the UK Government, and is financed by charging fees to members of the financial services industry. We are NOT required to be regulated by The Financial Conduct Authority as a result we are NOT regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are an educational company that provides insights into the Forex Markets. Trade ideas (Signals) that we send are not intended for the purpose of live investment. They are intended for you to use as part of your analysis so you can understand forex better. Choosing to place a trade that we have commentated over is your own choice and we suggest speaking to a financial advisor before placing any trades on a live account. We are NOT financial Advisors, we ARE Educators and are regulated as a business by Companies House-HMRC.
What is a signal?
For those of you who think that the term “Signal” means investment advice please read carefully. Firstly we would like to make it absolutely clear that a signal is simply the markets telling us that an event may or may not occur within forex. It is NOT an instruction for you to place a trade without your own analysis being completed. We are simply sharing our trade ideas and are commentating the signals we are taking from the markets and sharing that information with our members. Always speak to a financial advisor before making investments as we are not financial advisors we are traders.
Recommending a broker
We may or may not recommend a broker but we are NOT able to recommend live account deposits. Please speak to your financial advisor before making any deposits or financial decisions. We are NOT financial advisors, we are traders who educate our members and share our insights.
What is a scam?
A scam is a deceptive scheme or trick used to cheat someone out of something, especially money. Scam is also a verb meaning to cheat someone in such a way. Example: Banks will never call you asking for your credit card number or social security number over the phone. We are fully aware that there are 1000s of Fake Profiles on social media who use EliteForexSignals Photos and brand in order to scam and deceive members of the community. We are working with social media outlets and the FCA to report such accounts.
